DataWeeder is a multifunctional edge device developed by Seedz that implements standardised solutions for wired and/or wireless communication. It supports protocols such as IEC61870-5-104, Modbus (over 104), etc. and can be used in a wide range of solutions with the following interfaces:

DataWeeder can be used for substation automation systems (SAS), collecting smart meter readings, managing solar inverters bi-directional, storage, e-mobility, heat pumps, etc.

The security of the DataWeeder is greatly enhanced by the built-in security chip that enables a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) system. If desired, the security of the DataWeeder can be enhanced by quantum-safe network encryption.
